Full Payments and Advance Payments

We offer two payment options depending on the product and order value:

1. Full Payment
You may pay the full order amount at checkout.

2. Advance Payment
For selected orders, we allow advance payments starting from USD 1,000.
The remaining balance must be completed within 30 days from the date of the advance payment.

Advance payments confirm your intent to purchase and allow us to reserve or process your order.

Important Notice About Advance Payments

Advance payments require a high level of certainty from the customer.

By making an advance payment, you confirm that:

  • You are serious about completing the purchase
  • You understand the payment timeline
  • You agree to the refund terms related to advances

Refund Policy

Orders Below USD 2,000

Orders with a total value below USD 2,000 are not eligible for refunds, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We strongly encourage customers to review product details carefully and contact us with questions before placing an order.

Orders USD 2,000 and Above

For eligible orders of USD 2,000 or more, the following refund timelines apply:

  • Refund requests may be considered after 60 days from the order date
  • Advance payments may be refunded after 90 days, subject to order status and processing stage

Refund eligibility depends on whether the order has been processed, shipped, customized, or allocated.

Condition for Refund Approval

We offer a 100 percent refund only if:

  • The customer is not satisfied, and
  • The product is returned in exactly the same condition as delivered, and
  • The product shows no signs of use, damage, or alteration

Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, and components.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
